Are you living the same day on repeat?

Every day the same...

The same alarm.

The same thoughts.

The same tired conversations with yourself about how this can’t be it.

Not because your life is bad, you don't want anyone to think you're ungrateful...

But because somewhere along the way, you stopped feeling possibility.

You don’t feel alive in the way you used to.

You feel competent. Responsible. Capable.

And quietly… stuck.

Unlocking: The Key to a Creative Life

If you're ready to take a smaller step over the threshold of welcoming yourself home, this is where you begin.

This is a 12-week group coaching journey inspired by The Artist’s Way by Julia Cameron

This is not an art class, where you learn to paint or choose a hobby to follow for the rest of your life.

It’s not about becoming a “creative person" as you may think of one now.

It’s about unlocking the part of you that knows there’s more than one way to live.

Let’s talk about creativity (because we’ve misunderstood it)

Creativity isn’t painting or writing or drawing, although it can be those things.

Creativity is:

- How you problem-solve when life throws you sideways

- How you respond instead of react

- Your capacity for spontaneity, play, and choice

- Your ability to imagine something different — and believe it’s allowed

- Creativity is movement.

And when creativity gets blocked, life does too. Blocked people don’t just stop making things.

They stop feeling alive in their own lives.

Work becomes dull.

Relationships become repetitive or joyless.

Hobbies fall away.

Days blur into each other.

And slowly, quietly, you start living on autopilot.

“I’m not very creative” usually means something else

It often means:

I don’t feel safe wanting more

I don’t trust myself to choose well

I’m scared of being judged or disappointed

I learned early that taking up space wasn’t safe

Creativity is knowing there is more than one option.

Trusting that more than one path exists.

Believing you’re allowed to choose.

When someone says “I’m not creative,” what I hear is:

My nervous system doesn’t feel safe enough to explore.

Because creativity is nervous-system coded, so join us as we start a process of understanding yourself - Monday 23rd February, 7pm 2026

Jacqueline is a blonde woman with smooth elegant curly hair. She is wearing a black dress adorned with pink and deep green florals. She is sat on a dark blue armchair with one elbow resting on the back of the chair and her head resting on her hand. Her silver watch is visible on her wrist. She looks happy, smiling at the camera as though she is glad that you're here.

Creativity leaks out in small, quiet moments

When you pause before judging

When you respond differently than you did last time

When you don’t grab the first answer just to feel safe

When you allow uncertainty instead of rushing to certainty

Creativity is what happens when the nervous system slows enough to allow choice.

And many of us were never taught how to do that.

The internal surveillance system you didn’t choose

Most of us carry voices that say:

“Don’t want too much.”

“Don’t be ridiculous.”

“Who do you think you are?”

“You’ll fail anyway.”

They aren’t your voices.

They’re internalised parents, teachers, workplaces, systems.

They taught us to rest only after exhaustion.

To earn ease.

To perform competence.

To numb instead of feel.

So rest becomes:

Doom-scrolling

Drinking

Overworking

Constant noise, podcasts, distraction

But true rest looks different.

It looks like

Stopping on purpose

Trying things you’re bad at

Letting play be inefficient

Discovering you do have time — you’ve just been spending it surviving

Why creativity can feel unsafe

Many of us were punished, subtly or overtly, for being childish.

Some of us were parentified.

Some had to grow up fast.

Some learned that joy, play, or messiness made things worse.

So of course creativity feels risky.

It’s linked to vulnerability.

To desire.

To wanting.

And wanting can feel dangerous if you once needed not to want.

What Unlocking really offers

This isn’t about becoming an artist.

Unlocking is an opportunity.

An opportunity to:

- Trust not knowing

- Open the door to desire again

- Remember that uncertainty also means possibility

- Rebuild self-trust gently, safely, relationally

If The Artist’s Way is the map, then the destination is:

Self-trust

Conviction

The ability to make decisions because they feel right to you

This is the difference between grabbing the first thing for certainty

…and waiting to see what else might be possible.

How the programme works

Over 12 weeks, we follow The Artist’s Way as written, with something crucial added:

You don’t do it alone.

Starting Monday 23rd Janaury for the group programme, running weekly on Thursday, online at 7pm.

You’ll receive:

- Weekly group coaching sessions

- Emotional and nervous-system-aware support

- Space to explore resistance without shame

- Guidance when fear, judgment, or old patterns surface

- A steadier relationship with yourself

You don't need it, but it may be worth purchasing your own copy of The Artist’s Way by Julia Cameron.

This is about honouring the original work, and deepening it through lived, embodied support.

If you're looking for deeper more restorative coaching that takes you into the real core of your body, nervous system and life; you want to explore the house of you.

The House of You is Jacqueline's signature program spanning 9 months.

In this 1:1 coaching setting you will take a step back, building a foundational relationship with your nervous system, reigniting your self compassion before truly deciding what you want life to look like.

Incorporating the Positive Intelligence 7 - week programme, The House of You is a place for you to meet yourself and truly come home.
