1. Overview – What You’re Signing Up For

The Thank F*ck For This Membership (TFFT) is a monthly, rolling membership providing digital resources, strategy tools, and access to a supportive online business community hosted via Go Kollab.

By joining, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. They’re here to make things clear, kind, and fair for both of us.

2. What You Get

As a TFFT member, you get:

Access to our digital Resource Hub (PDFs, videos, tools, etc.).

A seat inside the Go Kollab community space (for chats, support, and live sessions).

Exclusive discounts on selected Restoration Strategist courses.

First access to new tools, workshops, and resources as they’re released.

Important: Access to all of the above is only available while your membership is active and paid up.

If you leave the membership, your community login will be revoked, and access to resources will stop at the end of your billing cycle.

If you purchase a separate standalone course (outside of TFFT), you will retain lifetime access to that specific course, even if you later cancel your membership.

3. Payment and Billing

Membership is £30 per month, billed automatically each month on your sign-up date.

Payments are handled securely via our payment processor.

Your membership will auto-renew monthly unless you cancel.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time via your account settings or by emailing us at least 48 hours before your next payment is due.

Once you cancel, you’ll still have access until the end of your current paid month, and then your membership (and Go Kollab login) will end.

No partial refunds are given for mid-month cancellations.

5. No Refunds / Cooling Off Period

Because this membership provides immediate access to digital content and community spaces, by signing up you agree to waive your right to a 14-day cooling-off period under UK consumer law (Distance Selling Regulations for digital content).

If you’re unsure whether this membership is right for you, please take your time to decide before joining.

6. What This Membership Is (and Isn’t)

TFFT is designed to support you in building your own business strategy, with tools, prompts, and real-time conversations.

It’s not done-for-you, and it’s not a 1:1 coaching programme.

What you get out of it will depend on what you put in.
There are resources, feedback opportunities, and a supportive community, but your progress is ultimately your responsibility.

7. Community Conduct

This is a space for kind, driven, respectful business owners.

By joining, you agree:

To treat all members with respect.

Not to spam, bully, harass, or engage in any discriminatory or harmful behaviour.

To keep community conversations confidential and not share screenshots or private messages outside the group.

We reserve the right to remove any member from the community and revoke access without refund if these guidelines are breached.

8. Intellectual Property

All content shared inside TFFT, including PDFs, videos, resources, templates, and workshop materials, is the intellectual property of The Blondes Restoration Ltd.

You may use these tools for your personal business development, but you must not copy, reproduce, sell, or share any materials outside the membership.

9. Technology and Access

Access to the membership is delivered via Go Kollab and our website.

We’ll do our best to keep everything running smoothly, but we can’t guarantee uninterrupted access (e.g., if platforms go down, internet gremlins strike, or the zombie apocalypse hits).

10. Privacy and Data Protection

We take your privacy seriously.

Your data will be handled in line with our full Privacy Policy

By joining, you consent to us storing and using your data to provide your membership services (e.g., emails, login access, and community updates).

11. Changes to the Membership or These Terms

We reserve the right to adjust membership pricing, content, or terms in the future.

If that happens, we’ll always give you at least 30 days’ notice by email.

12. Legal Stuff (Liability)

We’ll provide tools, ideas, and support, but we’re not liable for your business results.
We don’t guarantee specific outcomes (like income, followers, or sales).
You’re responsible for how you apply the content.

This membership doesn’t provide financial, legal, or medical advice, and any decisions you make based on our materials are made at your own discretion.
