ARE YOU THE DIRECTOR

OF YOUR OWN CIRCUS?

Embody your business strategy, spot when the show has been hijacked and stop wasting time building sh*t you don’t even want to build

For the artists and creatives who KNOW they’re work and business could be more, but keep second guessing themselves, changing direction or worse talking themselves out of the good stuff.

Step Inside is a 90 minute strategy session and week of Voxer support where you stop circling your business and make the real decisions you’ve been avoiding.

Your Investment - £297

A blonde woman wearing square glasses is holding a large black microphone in front of her face. Her hair is blonde and curly, and she is grinning wildly. The shot is a shoulders up portrait and is framed with a wavy red line.

I didn’t even know what to expect. I just had a nudge and I’m so grateful I listened to it.

How can I have all the answers… without the success?

I’d love to hazard a guess pal, that if I popped over to your workspace I’d find:

A million notebooks with your strategy written and re-written multiple times

An unimaginable amount of notes in your phone with content ideas, stories you want to tell and names of people you want to work with but haven’t reached out to yet

Probably a motivational quote or two…

And I'd also find a stressed out you, with a huge number of grand ideas you were SURE you’d have in place by now but for some reason nothing has moved quite as fast, or in the same direction as you were planning.

At the high risk of sounding like AI, you’re not stuck in the mud because you’re a massive failure mate.

If that was the case, you wouldn’t be here today…

In fact, I don’t think you’re stuck in the mud at all.

I think the mud has become comfortable, and the future, the growth, the sh*t you’ve dreamed of for YEARS, it’s on the other side of getting UNCOMFORTABLE again.

Okay, but why am I always SO BUSY?

Ah, well here’s the lil’ catch 22.

You are absolutely BRILLIANT at productive procrastination.

Because look, if I were to sit down with CCTV of you working for a week, I’m 100% sure I’d see you at your laptop.

Writing, creating, emailing… all of it.

But I reckon if we were to look at what you’re actually doing, it wouldn’t be what’s needed to get you out of the mud.

I reckon it would look a lot like:

Sharing something utterly brilliant

And never following it up with the people who DM you saying ‘oh my god this is so me’

Having an idea that gives you GOOSEBUMPS

And leaving it in your drafts after you used up the dopamine on the thinking and had zero left for the action

Starting your strategic to-do list (again)

And giving up because it feels pretty fricking awful to keep going without proof and evidence built up to keep the momentum.

Look, I’m not here to rub salt in any wounds, every single one of these is totally bloody normal, and also 100% human.

Nothing you’re experiencing here is wrong. It’s just been running the show a bit too long.

But if we want to get you to that place you spend your days dreaming about, the higher cash months, the filled waitlists, the IMPACT you know your work can have…

We need to stop you from interrupting yourself every five minutes and get you to a place where you finally stay with what's working instead of letting go...

With a black and white background, a woman in full colour is stood in the centre of the image. She is wearing a t-shirt with a green icon of a frog wearing a cowboy hat and the words 'Rizz em with the tism' across. She has a bride headband in rose gold. She has blonde curly hair. Above her across the image in white text are the words The Restoration Strategist, and to the top right of the image is a graphic of a disco ball.

But why am I like this?

The world LOVES a performance.

There is nothing quite as magical as watching drama unfold before your eyes, in the strings of a quartet, or through the eyes of your favourite TV Doctor…

But when the performers start to run the show… that’s something to worry about.

We’ve all been there, mid spiral, too many things to do, too many possibilities, not enough time, and the brain starts to chime in with a whole load of unhelpful commentary:

“I’ll never get this done”

“It’s not worth it”

“I’ll wait until I’ve…”

“I can’t do that, it’ll upset them”

And all of a sudden, whatever decision you made… it’s not so clear anymore.

Because that’s the issue here.

Making the decision isn’t the problem.

Trusting your decision enough to actually follow it through?

That’s where the magic lies.

Step Inside

This is where we fix that.

Step Inside is a 90-minute strategy session + 1 week of Voxer support where we stop circling your business and actually step into it.

We visualise your work in a way that makes it feel so real it genuinely doesn’t make sense not to move towards it.

In here we:

🎪 Map your offers
🎪 Reveal your internal conflicts
🎪 Choose a path forward
🎪 And support you to trust that decision over and over again until it sticks

And I physically map it out for you.

By the end of the week you'll have a visual map of your work, your direction, and what you’re actually building.

So when you leave, you don’t just remember what we said…
you can come back to it, check you’re still heading the right way, and make sure your actions actually line up with where you’re going.

We also use grounding techniques throughout, so you’re not just thinking your way through this, you’re actually in your body while you make these decisions.

This is where we take a proper second to understand exactly why you’re not doing what you already know.

And we change it.

This is where you

• See your work clearly
• Understand what’s been stopping you
• Make a decision
• And actually follow through on it

Lauren, a blonde woman with big blonde curly hair is stood relaxed with one hand holding her phone and one tucked in her jeans pocket. She is smiling widely at the camera and looks extremely sassy

I already have a strategy that isn’t working, why would this change that?

The words 'Step Inside' are typed across the image in pink capitalised text. Across the bottom in italic text are the words and come inside in your business. The text is laid across an out of focus red and vibrant image which gives off circus vibes

Well pal, I’m glad you asked.

Strategy is one of those things people know they need but not many know what it truly looks like.

We aren’t just planning a journey, we want a direction, a reason for travel, methods of movement and a whole host of ideas for what to do when the journey gets a bit dicey…

But let’s say for argument's sake (because I’m pretty sure this is true) that you’re actually a really flipping good journey planner.

You KNOW what you should be doing.

The marketing. The posting. The reaching out. The back end developments.

You KNOW automation would help.

You KNOW you want to choose a core offer and stay there…

The issue is, for some people, knowing the journey isn’t enough.

Because their brains are wired to keep them safe…

which means even one step forwards triggers a full body need to go on a side quest.

Yes, I’m sorry. I love a side quest too.

But what we don’t always know is what sends us on them.

Every single one of us has an inner circus.

These are the internal characters who:

Say “that’s not safe” when you step out of your comfort zone

Pull you into feeling like the victim when you feel ignored

Convince you that the pile of washing is the most important task right now

And very cleverly keep you from doing the things that would actually move you forward.

Plenty of strategists will try to override that.

We don’t.

We bring them into the room, hear what they’re trying to protect you from, and then put you back in the director’s chair.

Also, I am VERY good at spotting the patterns you don’t see in yourself.

The moment you say something and then immediately talk yourself out of it.

The ideas you light up around and then dismiss in the same breath.

That doesn’t slide past me.

And once you see it… you can’t unsee it.

This is self-leadership in action.

Imagine what happens when you actually stay with something

You post the thing… and then you post again.

You say the thing… and then you say it again.

You follow through instead of dropping it halfway through.

You stop asking five people what they think.

You stop waiting to feel “ready”

You stop needing proof before you act.

You just…

Decide. And then do the thing that supports that decision.

And then without any big breakthrough moment…

It starts to work.

You start to grow.

You notice yourself catching those inner circus thoughts.

You make clearer decisions.

You stop avoiding the uncomfortable stuff.

And at some point you look back and think:

“How did I live like that for so long?”

Lauren, a blonde woman with big blonde curly hair is stood relaxed with one hand holding her phone and one tucked in her jeans pocket. She is smiling widely at the camera and looks extremely sassy

Inside Step Inside, you’ll get:

🎪 A visualisation that makes your work feel so real it doesn’t make sense not to move towards it

🎪 A way to connect to what you actually want (not what you think you should want)

🎪 A clear understanding of the voice that’s been stopping you and how to stop it running the show

🎪 A decision about what you’re doing next and what you’re committing to

🎪 A week of Voxer support so you don’t spiral the moment things feel uncomfortable

🎪 Support to stay with your decisions long enough for them to actually work

🎪 And a visual map of your work so you can keep coming back to it and make sure you’re moving in the direction you actually want.

Lauren the blonde woman stands to one side smiling widely at the camera with her glasses on and a bright red shirt.

This isn’t for everyone

If you’re someone who can make a plan, follow it, and just do the thing…

There are genuinely other strategists who will be a better fit.

But if you’ve tried that…

If you’ve written the plan, mapped it out, and still not followed through…

Then this is exactly what you’ve been missing.

The words step inside are typed centralised across a pink and white striped background.

It’s like finally taking a tape measure to the furniture shop

We both know there’s a chance you’ll pick the right thing without measuring.

But it’s much easier (and cheaper) when you actually know what space you’re filling first.

That’s this.

Because when you’re not solid on what you’re building, why you’re building it, and where you’re going…

It’s too easy to get pulled off track.

And end up wasting time, money, and energy on things that were never going to work for you anyway.

So if that next level is right there…

And you’re just not reaching it…

This is Step Inside.

This is not therapy

I’m not a therapist, and we’re not going into trauma work here.

This is about creating enough space around what’s coming up so you can move forward.

If at any point I think you’d be better supported by a different kind of practitioner, I’ll tell you.

But this space is about direction, decision, and movement.

All emotions are welcome.

We just don’t stay stuck in them.

What if I already have loads of ideas?

Perfect. This isn’t about more ideas. It’s about choosing one and actually following through.

What if I’m scared I won’t follow through even after this?

That’s exactly why the Voxer support exists. We catch it as it happens, not after you’ve already spiralled.

What if I pick the wrong thing?

You don’t need the “perfect” decision. You need a real one that you actually commit to.

Is this for beginners?

That depends. Send me a DM and we’ll chat. This is for people who already know things and are frustrated they’re not doing them.

What if I’ve tried strategy before and it didn’t work?

Good. You are literally who this is for.

Lauren the blonde curly haired woman is blowing a kiss to the camera wearing a sage green sleeveless shirt. She is in front of a circular circus style red and cream background

And look, if you've gotten this far but you're thinking

"Lauren this sounds like exactly what I need, but 90 minutes simply isn't going to be enough"

Don't you worry... I got chu

Caught in the Act ✨ is the longer-term strategy program (minimum 3 months) where we build, grow, and scale your business, your way, and catch your inner circus performers in real time.

Together.

This is where you stay in the Director's chair.

So if that “walking alongside ya” thing is more your vibe…
